Strategy and Deals Commercial Due Diligence and Strat Associate and Senior Associate (London Based)

Alpha FMC is seeking Associates and Senior Associates for its Strategy & Deals division in London. This role involves advising financial services clients and private equity investors on strategic decisions, including commercial due diligence and corporate strategy development. You will analyze markets, customers, and competitors to support investment opportunities and advise on growth, market expansion, and operating models.

• Lead workstreams in CDD and growth-strategy projects
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for actionable insights
• Develop client-ready storylines and presentations
• Structure complex client questions into hypothesis-led analyses
• Design and conduct primary and secondary research
• Engage directly with clients and external experts
