Experienced Analyst – Investment Banking, Private Capital Markets – TDS (US)

TD Securities is seeking an Experienced Analyst for its Private Capital Markets team in New York. This role involves providing financial and statistical analysis to support private debt, hybrid capital, and non-control equity raises for clients. You will work closely with senior bankers to originate, structure, and distribute financing solutions.

• Assist in execution of capital raise processes
• Develop investor relationship tools and analyze market intelligence
• Coordinate and manage complex, time-sensitive processes
• Analyze clients' capital structures and assess valuations
• Perform financial modeling and draft client proposals
• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or related capital markets role
