Strategy and Business Transformation Consultant

Guidehouse seeks a Strategy & Business Transformation Consultant to support an emergency management client in Washington D.C. This role involves improving business processes, developing program strategies, and presenting recommendations to clients. The consultant will analyze data, monitor progress, and support the implementation of approved strategies.

• Provide business transformation and program strategy support
• Document and improve existing business processes
• Develop recommendations for streamlining operations
• Support development of a unified program strategy
• Present insights and recommendations to clients
• Consolidate and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
