Global Mobility Consultant / Senior Analyst

Mercer is seeking a Global Mobility Consultant/Senior Analyst in Singapore to lead client accounts and manage end-to-end portfolios. You will provide strategic advice on global mobility policies, compensation, and expatriate management, while also driving business development and implementing Mercer's tools and data solutions.

• Lead client accounts and manage end-to-end portfolio
• Provide strategic advice on global mobility policy and expatriate management
• Deliver complex mobility consulting projects and program design
• Implement Mercer's mobility tools, data, and systems
• Coach and mentor analysts within the mobility team
• Cross-sell mobility products and collaborate with the Singapore Careers team
