Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate (Frankfurt based)

As a Senior Analyst or Associate in Investment Banking, you will be a key player on deal teams, leading financial analysis, contributing to client materials, and managing analyst workflows. You will engage directly with clients on high-profile transactions, working with large corporations and financial sponsors.

• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for M&A transactions
• Prepare pitch books and confidential information memorandums
• Participate in client calls, presentations, and day-to-day communication
• Execute M&A transactions, including due diligence and negotiation
• Fluency in German and English required
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record in a quantitative field
