Senior Consultant, Restructuring

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in Miami, FL. This role involves managing day-to-day project activities, applying financial and diagnostic skills to client situations, and preparing financial models and reports for companies facing financial challenges.

• Manage day-to-day project activities and interact with industry experts, legal and finance professionals, and senior client management
• Apply business, accounting, finance, and diagnostic skills to client situations
• Prepare complex financial projections and financial models
• Develop and assess business plans and cash flow forecasts
• Analyze financial information and conduct due diligence for restructuring plans
• Prepare presentations and reports for external clients
