Join Mizuho's Banking Division as an Analyst in our Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) group in San Francisco. You will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing complex financial advisory and capital markets transactions for leading global clients. This role offers broad exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to develop innovative solutions in a dynamic industry.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Model corporate finance alternatives and perform due diligence for client transactions
• Evaluate risk/return parameters of financing transactions
• Develop financial models, valuations, and market-specific analyses
• Draft client pitches and marketing materials
• Assist in financing structuring, underwriting, and transaction execution
