Manager, Strategy & Planning

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives and business planning. This role involves conducting business analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and recommending strategic directions to align with the company's vision. You will collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of strategic plans and drive growth and operational excellence.

• Lead strategic planning process and mid/long-term strategy development
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive assessments
• Develop financial models for strategic initiatives
• Monitor performance of strategic initiatives with KPIs
