Associate Director – Infrastructure (Project Finance), Boston

Lead credit analysis and rating for infrastructure projects in North America, focusing on power, midstream, refining, and digital sectors. You will manage a portfolio, conduct external engagements, and coach junior analysts, while integrating AI tools responsibly into workflows. This hybrid role requires a minimum of two days per week in the Boston office.

• Lead end-to-end credit analysis for infrastructure and project finance credits
• Manage portfolio surveillance and updates, integrating AI tools
• Lead external engagements with sponsors and management teams
• Coach junior team members on credit fundamentals and AI tool usage
• Develop and adopt analytical playbooks and standard processes
• Contribute to thought leadership and sector commentaries
