• Draft reports and communications based on input from local consultants
• Liaise with global Mercer consultants on non-U.S. benefits issues
• Support multi-country projects including benefit setups and benchmarking
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for global benefits coordination
• Assist senior consultants with client needs assessment and strategy implementation
• Conduct research and analysis on global benefits trends
