Financial Systems Analyst

Ethos Life is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of financial systems and reporting processes. You will collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to resolve issues, improve integrations, and provide critical insights for decision-making, supporting month-end close and compliance.

• Maintain accuracy and compliance of revenue recognition and financial processes
• Troubleshoot issues and support enhancements for finance systems and integrations
• Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features and upgrades
• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and strengthened controls
• Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support
