• Conduct quantitative research and financial analysis for healthcare clients
• Prepare pitch books and marketing materials for M&A and capital markets transactions
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for client deals
• Assist in structuring and executing financing solutions
• Develop innovative ideas and product solutions for clients
• Support client relationship management and business development
