Experienced Analyst – Investment Banking, Commercial Services

Guggenheim Securities is seeking an experienced Analyst to join its Commercial Services investment banking team in Chicago. You will support deal teams in M&A and capital markets advisory, gaining exposure to senior bankers and client representatives. This role offers best-in-class investment banking training to develop your financial analysis, modeling, and communication skills.

• Support deal teams in financial modeling and valuation analysis
• Conduct company and industry research to develop client solutions
• Prepare client presentations and interact with senior bankers
• Develop in-depth understanding of M&A deal processes
• 1-3 years of Investment Banking experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
