Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will partner with leasing leadership in JLL's Heartland Region to drive financial performance and strategic decision-making. This role involves leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting, translating complex data into actionable insights, and managing key financial processes like transaction pipelines and commission processing.

• Partner with regional leasing leadership as a financial business advisor
• Lead monthly financial meetings and P&L reviews
• Conduct variance analysis for revenue, expenses, and profitability
• Manage annual financial planning and rolling forecasts
• Oversee transaction pipeline accuracy and commission processing
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
