You will guide cross-functional teams to redesign processes, operating models, and leverage data and AI to drive significant improvements and client outcomes. This role involves shaping solutions, building client relationships, and contributing to business development.

• Lead P&C insurance transformation in Underwriting and Claims
• Redesign processes, operating models, and leverage AI/data
• Manage end-to-end engagements from assessment to scale
• Develop transformation roadmaps and drive business outcomes
• Build client executive relationships and shape solutions
• 5+ years consulting/industry experience in P&C insurance
