Manage a team of administrators responsible for accounting, administration, and investor servicing for investment companies and advisors. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, assessing their evolving business needs and providing expertise to drive investment growth. Act as the primary escalation point for client issues, directing resolution and process improvements.
