Experienced Consultant, Banking

West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join their Banking practice. You will help financial services organizations address business and technology challenges, contributing to client workstreams and translating business needs into practical solutions. This role involves supporting various initiatives including operating model, process, technology, data, analytics, and change management.

• Support client engagements in commercial lending, treasury management, risk, and regulatory compliance
• Gather business requirements, map processes, and conduct gap analyses
• Apply knowledge of commercial banking processes and technology to improve client operations
• Independently drive deliverables, identify risks, and communicate issues
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and project teams
• Leverage AI tools for analysis and data-driven recommendations
