Associate Financial Advisor

Join WSFS Bank as an Associate Financial Advisor to support wealth management for mass affluent clients. You will conduct client discovery, develop financial recommendations, and deepen client relationships, working towards a Financial Advisor role.

• Conduct client discovery meetings and identify financial needs
• Build trust and encourage referrals within branch staff
• Support investment recommendations and financial plan development
• Gather and analyze client financial data
• Shadow Advisors and participate in client meetings
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce
