Experienced Associate – Investment Banking Global Services

Guggenheim Securities is seeking experienced Associates for their Investment Banking Global Services team in Atlanta. This role focuses on providing sell-side advisory services to private equity firms and corporate clients, with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in other offices. Associates will gain exposure to senior bankers and client representatives while developing skills in M&A, financial analysis, and client relationship management.

• Perform financial analyses to support advisory transactions
• Lead diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of transactions
• Develop working knowledge of client sectors and industry drivers
• Drive creation of strategic frameworks and tools for business development
• Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions
• Provide guidance and training to Analyst teammates
