Empower is seeking a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to provide financial wellness and retirement advice to participants in employer-sponsored plans. This role involves guiding individuals through financial decisions, managed account solutions, and building relationships to support their long-term financial success. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, motivated to help clients achieve their retirement goals.

• Deliver comprehensive retirement and financial wellness advice
• Guide participants through managed account solutions
• Cultivate relationships with customers through personalized service
• Educate customers on distribution options and retirement plan advantages
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals
• Requires FINRA 7 & 66 (or 63 & 65) registrations
