Senior Consultant, Mergers & Acquisitions (Merger & Carve-out Services)

West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Merger & Carve-out Services team to assist private equity and corporate clients with complex transactions. You will guide clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from diligence to post-close execution, focusing on reducing risk and maximizing value. This role involves analyzing technology, operations, and financial aspects, developing data-driven recommendations, and contributing to practice growth through business development and mentoring.

• Support M&A, integration, and carve-out engagements for PE and corporate clients
• Develop financial models, cost estimates, and synergy analyses
• Analyze technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity for M&A risks and opportunities
• Plan and execute Transition Services Agreements (TSAs) and Day 1 readiness
• Lead technology workstreams, manage project plans, risks, and budgets
• Mentor consultants and contribute to business development and thought leadership
