• Lead business case development for proposed initiatives
• Support strategic planning and prioritization of initiatives
• Lead larger scale, cross-functional initiatives for performance improvement
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, and procedures
• Write and deliver communications to all levels of the organization
• 6+ years managing projects required
