Senior Lead, Technology Strategy & FP&A

This role advises technology leadership on strategic planning, investment, and optimization of technology spend. You will drive forecasting, resource planning, cost optimization, and executive decision-making by analyzing financial and operational data. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

• Partner with Technology leadership to develop strategic plans and investment strategies
• Own the financial planning and forecasting process for the Technology organization
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize technology investments
• Develop frameworks that align technology demand with available resources
• Integrate financial, operational, workforce, and vendor data for executive insights
• Establish reporting standards, metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
