Class of 2027 Full Time Analyst

GLC Advisors & Co., LLC is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join their restructuring practice in Los Angeles. This role involves providing direct support to senior bankers on restructuring and distressed financing transactions, including financial analysis, modeling, and client presentation preparation.

• Analyze companies, industries, and financial statements
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Conduct industry and company research
• Manage and execute due diligence
• Prepare presentations and client materials
• Prior investment banking analyst experience preferred
