This role requires expertise in federal HR policy, business process improvement, stakeholder engagement, and HR systems to optimize workforce management and achieve client mission outcomes.

Analyze and improve federal HR business processes
Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder working sessions
Support Human Capital transformation initiatives
Develop process maps and operating procedures
Prepare client-facing presentations and deliverables
