Mercer is seeking a Government Healthcare Financial Consultant to partner with state governments and internal teams. You will analyze financial reports to understand Medicaid healthcare experience and managed care organization performance, ensuring efficient utilization of Medicaid dollars. This role involves collaborating with actuaries and financial executives to improve health service purchasing for government programs.

• Analyze healthcare and financial data using Excel and database software
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Develop reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Communicate project status and provide expertise to clients and teams
• 3+ years of healthcare financial analysis, modeling, rate setting, or forecasting experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
