Operations Consultant

As an Operations Consultant, you will be instrumental in the successful implementation and ongoing administration of our eExchange Platform, a key solution for health plan clients. You will act as a client-facing expert, partnering directly with health plans, brokers, and employer groups to configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless enrollment data exchanges. This role requires a self-motivated, customer-focused professional adept at building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.

• Configure and administer the Benefitfocus eExchange Platform
• Partner directly with health plans, brokers, and employer groups
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational and technical issues
• Facilitate project meetings and recommend effective solutions
• Manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
• Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare enrollment processes
