Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Ghost is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to partner with the CFO and business leaders. This hands-on role involves owning the operating model, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reporting, while also supporting capital markets activities. The position requires strong analytical skills and collaboration across departments to drive business decisions.

• Partner on annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts
• Own monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and operational reviews
• Own the 3-statement operating model with scenario planning
• Support Series D fundraising and manage debt capital stack
• Maintain rolling 13-week cash flow forecast and monitor liquidity
• Build forecasting models and automated workflows for reporting
