Investment & Corporate Banking – Healthcare, Analyst

Join Mizuho Americas' Banking Division as an Analyst in our Healthcare Investment & Corporate Banking team. You will play a key role in the origination, structuring, and execution of mergers & acquisitions, equity and debt capital markets, and leveraged finance transactions for leading clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop deep industry expertise and contribute to strategic deal-making within the dynamic healthcare sector.

• Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research and analysis
• Draft pitch books and prepare detailed industry materials for healthcare sectors
• Perform financial modeling, valuation, and market-specific analysis
• Assist in structuring, due diligence, and execution of client transactions
• Develop innovative ideas and product solutions for clients
• Support client relationship management and deal origination
