Join BTIG's Energy & Infrastructure team as an Investment Banking Analyst in Dallas, TX. You will support senior bankers on a variety of domestic and international corporate finance transactions, including M&A and capital raises. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine the agility of BTIG with the stability of U.S. Bank, working within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

• Support M&A and capital markets transactions in the Energy & Infrastructure sector
• Build and analyze complex financial models
• Prepare marketing materials and conduct market research
• Manage data rooms and coordinate due diligence
• 1-2 years of investment banking or related transaction advisory experience
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
