Finance Analyst

• Develop analytical tools and metrics to facilitate decision making
• Support and drive action plans to improve processes and reporting
• Perform P&L variance analysis, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis
• Provide strategic business support to key operational and functional areas
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial planning and analysis
