ZT Systems is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to partner with executives in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. This role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, optimizing capital use, and evaluating investments within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

What we are looking for

Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting
Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts
Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis
Identify financial risks and opportunities with data-driven recommendations
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with cross-functional teams
Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports
