Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A

Qualia is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their FP&A team in San Francisco. This role will partner with leaders across various departments to manage spend, track performance, and provide financial insights to inform strategic decisions. The position requires strong financial modeling skills and the ability to distill complex information for stakeholders.

• Drive budget vs. actuals analysis and forecast precision
• Support monthly forecasting and reporting processes
• Analyze financial results, distill key trends, and communicate risks
• Build and own financial models and reports
• Serve as a strategic business partner across the organization
