This role involves developing strategic frameworks, leading the planning process, and converting priorities into actionable plans to enhance critical operations and support Bank-wide objectives.

What we are looking for

Develop strategic frameworks, business cases, and trend assessments
Lead the Group's strategic planning process and define strategic direction
Convert strategic priorities into concrete execution plans with metrics
Oversee Objectives & Key Results (OKR) management process
Monitor strategic initiative health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Analyze performance trends and provide recommendations to leadership
