This role focuses on solving complex operational challenges for clients through process optimization, workforce productivity, and operational excellence, leveraging data-driven insights and AI. You will lead workstreams, mentor junior staff, and deliver practical, measurable solutions.

• Lead operational assessments and develop client recommendations
• Drive process and workforce optimization
• Deliver AI-enabled productivity solutions
• Deliver client value and contribute to practice growth
• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting or professional services
• Experience leading workstreams focused on process optimization and workforce productivity
