Responsible Investing & ESG, Analyst / Associate

Blue Owl is seeking an Analyst/Associate to join their Responsible Investing & ESG team in New York City. This role offers a unique opportunity to integrate ESG considerations into the investment lifecycle, support value creation, and enhance transparency across the firm's platforms. The position involves data collection, methodology development, reporting, and collaboration with various internal teams.

• Integrate ESG considerations into the investment lifecycle
• Support value creation, risk management, and transparency
• Run annual ESG data collection and build financed emissions methodology
• Develop systems for tracking LP ESG engagement
• Own investor responses and ESG content library
• Partner with investment teams, Legal, Sales, and Operations
