Review 7(a) and 504 loan files for compliance with SBA requirements
Analyze loan documentation, identify compliance issues, and document findings
Prepare clear, well-supported written summaries and loan file review reports
Work directly with SBA Lenders to clarify documentation and resolve deficiencies
Utilize secure, web-based systems for file reviews and status reporting
Adhere to strict quality, timeliness, documentation, and data security standards
