Workplace Strategist – Consulting

As a Workplace Strategist, you will develop and deliver integrated workplace strategies that align client environments with their business and organizational objectives. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations that enhance business performance and employee experience.

• Lead senior stakeholder engagement and facilitate workshops across all organizational levels
• Develop and deliver end-to-end workplace strategy engagements
• Analyze workplace, people, and operational data to generate actionable insights
• Produce high-quality reports and executive-level presentations
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Minimum 5 years' experience in workplace strategy, management consulting, or related fields
