Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, you will partner with business leaders to manage the global annual budget and forecasting cycles. You will analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insightful recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the firm's business model and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing finance team.

• Own end-to-end budget and forecast process for assigned business functions
• Analyze variances and provide clear, written commentary on financial results
• Serve as primary finance point of contact for business partners
• Support consolidated reporting and executive-level presentations
• Identify and implement process improvements for planning and reporting
• 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or audit experience
