Manager

As a Manager on our Strategy team, you will lead large-scale digital transformation programs for global organizations, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to solve complex business problems. You will drive collaboration across Strategy, Design, and Technology teams, acting as a trusted client partner to shape innovative, human-centered digital products from inception to launch.

• Serve as Engagement Lead on strategic digital transformation and AI product strategy programs
• Manage cross-functional teams and advise executive clients on AI-driven growth opportunities
• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and building relationships
• Identify business development opportunities and grow client engagements
• Direct the creation of AI-forward digital solutions and target-state operating models
• Mentor junior team members and act as a thought leader in AI and digital innovation
