Join Intrepid Investment Bankers, the middle-market advisory arm of MUFG, as an Investment Banking Associate in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role focuses on M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory services within the Business & Financial Services practice. You will analyze due diligence, develop financial models, prepare client materials, and support transaction execution.
What we are looking for
6- Minimum 2+ years sell-side M&A advisory and investment banking experience
- Experience in Business Services, Food, Beverage & Agriculture sectors preferred
- Develop valuation analyses and financial models
- Prepare pitchbooks, information memoranda, and marketing materials
- Support senior bankers in client relationships and transaction execution
- Proficiency with S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Salesforce CRM
