About this role

JLL is seeking an experienced Director, Integration Program Management Office (PMO) Project Lead to join their Consulting practice. This full-time role will support campus transformation initiatives for a financial services client, focusing on organizational process improvements and program management. You will lead projects within the Integration Program framework, manage cross-functional teams, establish PMO standards, and advise on real estate and workplace consolidation activities.

Lead and govern cross-functional teams for program execution
Establish structured PMO standards, governance, and methodologies
Build and present data-driven insights and executive reporting
Oversee and advise on major real estate and workplace consolidation activities
Manage program interdependencies, risks, and issues
Act as a trusted advisor to program sponsors and functional leads
