Corporate Strategy Support Manager

Manage corporate strategy support for MPC, reporting to the Business Development Senior Director. This role involves coordinating timelines, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and developing confidential materials for executive and Board-level discussions. You will also lead a small team responsible for various critical support functions.

• Lead design of materials for Board of Directors Strategy Sessions
• Coordinate S&BD contributions for Board of Directors meetings
• Manage quarterly S&BD Key Risk Indicator (KRI) updates
• Serve as Program Manager for MPC Commercial Skills
• Lead planning and execution of strategic internal and external events
• Lead and develop a team responsible for mapping, business intelligence, communications, and presentation support
