Associate/Vice President, Investment Banking - ESOP Advisory

Stout's ESOP Investment Banking team seeks an Associate/Vice President to manage ESOP formation, recapitalization, and capital markets transactions. This role involves creating financial models, preparing pitch materials, attending client meetings, and executing deals under senior guidance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, detail-orientation, and experience in investment banking.

• Execute ESOP formation, recapitalization, and capital markets transactions
• Develop three-statement financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare and deliver pitch materials to clients and stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day transaction execution and due diligence
• Conduct quantitative, economic, and industry research
• Become an expert in the ESOP transaction ecosystem
