This role focuses on strategic consulting and problem definition rather than solution design or delivery.

• Own a portfolio of business relationships and learning initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for business partners
• Lead discovery to clarify business context, outcomes, and success criteria
• Frame business problems and determine if learning is the appropriate solution
• Define success metrics and connect recommendations to business KPIs
• Collaborate with L&D teams to shape and sequence work
