Financial Analyst

ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking a Financial Analyst to develop and maintain key financial reports, analyze business operations, and track strategic plan progress. This role involves assisting with budgets, preparing executive presentations, supporting operations with key projects, and conducting ad-hoc financial analysis. You will contribute to driving functional excellence and process simplification within a decentralized, entrepreneurial culture.

• Develop, maintain, and distribute key financial and analytical reports
• Analyze business operations, track strategic plan progress, and assist with budgets
• Prepare executive presentations and support operations with key projects
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and drive process improvement
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
