• Develop and monitor strategic direction and long-term business plans
• Support go-to-market execution for AI software and platform offerings
• Lead operational initiatives supporting the Chief of Staff function
• Establish and manage key team operating rhythms
• Track and report key business and GTM metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
