Managing Consultant, Op Compliance

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant for Operational Compliance to lead the design and implementation of compliance programs, strengthen governance, and manage regulatory risk. This role involves advising senior stakeholders, managing multi-workstream delivery, and translating compliance obligations into practical solutions within the Safe & Sustainable Operations service line.

• Lead end-to-end compliance engagements
• Advise clients on operational compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical policies and procedures
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams or projects
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Coach junior team members
