Consulting Associate

Amex GBT is seeking an ambitious Consulting Associate to join our US-based delivery team. In this role, you will manage multiple client consulting projects, focusing on hotel program strategy, sourcing, compliance, and optimization. You'll leverage your project management and hotel industry expertise to drive client value and implement change within a remote work environment.

• Lead multi-workstream consulting engagements across multiple clients
• Apply hotel program strategy, sourcing, and technology expertise
• Communicate complex strategies and actionable insights clearly
• Manage global supplier relationships and negotiations
• Drive client value, retention, and identify upsell opportunities
• Implement organizational change using change management techniques
