Cost Management Analyst

Toyota is seeking a Cost Management Analyst for its San Antonio, TX plant. This role supports the Accounting and Finance department by monitoring, developing, and promoting cost reduction activities to meet company KPIs. You will provide cost leadership, support financial closing processes, and conduct variance analysis.

• Support financial analysis and cost functions for the San Antonio plant
• Monitor, develop, and promote cost reduction activities
• Provide cost leadership including budget coordination and reporting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Conduct shop cost actual versus budget variance analysis
• Perform cost lead activities and system reconciliation
